The mystery of the destroyed lab, who did it?

When Mr. Moony Man woke up, he went to the lab, because he HAD to know who did it. In the closet in the lab he kept the pieces of glass from the windows and T.V. He looked at the fingerprints once more, and confirmed that it had been either Waffle Boy, or Syrup. He went and confronted them both. "Where were you on the night of two nights ago?" he asked. "I was getting you guys cupcakes to celebrate." said Waffle Boy. "I, uh, was getting you groceries!" Syrup said, feeling uncomfortable. "We know you did it Syrup!" Sunshine Guy screamed. "How do you know?"asked Mr. Moony Man. "Well, here are some clues that tell me:"

1) Syrup wears gloves, and the fingerprints looked like gloves.
2) Syrup confessed to doing ANYTHING Waffle Boy asked.
3) She studdered and tried to come up with an explanation.
AND
5) We didn't need grocerries that night!

"Well done Sunshine Guy!" Mr. Moony Man congratulated him. They locked up Syrup, and put her in Universal Dungeon, which was just a cage that they called. "The day is saved! Lets celebrate with cupcakes!" said Mr. Moony Man. "Wait, Syrup only broke the T.V. windows!" Sunshine Guy pointed out. "What about the Galaxy Mobile?"
